Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Our client, a global FMCG company, is seeking top talent to support a project at their site.
Responsibilities :
Track tickets from "Open" to "Resolved" and manage escalation risks.
Perform data validation, cleansing, and synchronization to ensure system readiness.
Provide field insights and scenario walkthroughs to the developer team.
Guide users through temporary workarounds to ensure sales operations continue.
Maintain complete transaction samples, logs, and master references for resolution support.
Kualifikasi Tambahan
Requirements:
Mandatory travel and placement at client sites/distributors across Indonesia.
Comfortable spending 80% of the time interacting and discussing with clients.
Able to support high-intensity Go-Live and Hypercare windows.
Qualifications :
S1 graduates with min. 1-year background in data engineering, QA, or system testing.
Technical mastery in SQL (Advanced queries) and Data Warehouse concepts.
Ability to translate field issues into detailed technical documentation for developers.
Proven track record in managing project defects and troubleshooting data gaps.
Possesses proficiency in using Generative AI for data management.
